Description:
The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching by crawling like an inch worm stretching their hamstrings.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with feet together.
Walk your hand forward on the floor until you are in a push up position.
Keeping your knees straight, hop landing with your feet between your hands.
Focus on not lifting your hands off the ground when you hop.
Continue all the way down the mat.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
