Step 1
Students will sit with their guardians across from multiple blocks.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
The instructor will call out a student’s name and a color
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
- The student will run and pick up the correct color block and bring it back to their spot.
- Each block will go on top of the previous block making a tower.
- After all the blocks have been collected have the students listen to their guardians who will tell them when to kick their tower.
Step 4 – Takeaways:
- Encourage students to run fast as they go to get their block .
- Cheer on the students as they get the correct color block.
- Have students cheer on the other students while they are waiting their turn.
Step 5
- Continue as many times as you can until time is called (approximately 2-minutes).
