Equipment needed:
4 kicking shields, Clapper Pad per line
Instructors needed:

Description:
The students will work on their KICKING by being challenged to do so while frog jumping over pads before doing their kicks.
Teaching SKILLZ:
CHOICES – Before the student starts jumping, ask them what color frog they are, or ask them to describe what their frog looks like. This would get the student excited about doing frog jumps, and motivate them for this drill.
Brain SKILLZ:
VISUAL PROCESSING – The student must be able to jump in between the two pads without jumping on them.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
For each line you will need four kicking shields evenly spaced with an instructor at the end holding a clapper target.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
The student will squat all the way down like a frog.
Then will jump over landing on both feet and then stand and perform front kicks two kicks.
After the two kicks make sure the student squats all the way down before continuing.
