Ultimate Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Army Crawl (Down Mat)
  • Legs – Alt. Lunges (Down Mat)
  • Core – Bear Crawls (Down Mat)
  • Abs – Mountain Climbers (Down Mat)
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on DETERMINATION.
  • DETERMINATION refers to how you hard you are willing to work to achieve your goals.
  • This is important in martial arts so that you can constantly get better every time that you come to class.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your DETERMINATION today:

1. Have DETERMINATION while demonstrating exercises. 2. Have DETERMINATION while breaking boards. 3. Have DETERMINATION while staying focused.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

I Can Do It:

Students will demonstrate shuttle runs, if they stop or get tired then they must say “I can do it” before they keep going.

Breakin Battle:

Students will race teammates to do as many board breaks possible in 30 seconds,
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
