Dynamic Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Arms-Int. Push-Ups
  • Legs – Legs- Squat Jumps
  • Core – Core- Bridge W/ Shoulder Taps
  • Abs – Abs- Crunches
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on DURABILITY.
  • DURABILITY refers to how you can handle challenges and teaches you how to withstand even the toughest of challenges.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to be able work through different challenges to become stronger and smarter.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your DURABILITY today:

1. Having DURABILITY in our arms. 2. Using DURABILITY in our legs. 3. Using DURABILITY to push through a challenge.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Super Circles:

Students must demonstrate 10 arm rotations while they hold on to a ring.

Laser Jumps:

Students will practice multiple jumps over a noodle that will be moving at varying speeds and heights.
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
