Active Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Int. Shoulder Taps
  • Legs – Int. Squats
  • Core – Bridge w/ Side Taps
  • Abs – Int. Sit Ups
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on RETENTION.
  • RETENTION refers to how you can store the important information inside of brain, so that you may use it again later.
  • This is important because without RETENTION you may end up forgetting valuable information that could have helped you become more successful.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your RETENTION today:

1. Have RETENTION with our long-term memory. 2. Have RETENTION with our short-term memory. 3. Have RETENTION with difficult challenges.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Remember Me:

Students will be given a combo of moves, they will then have to demonstrate 15 seconds of kicks on a bag. At the end of time the instructor will ask them for the combination.

Math Kick Relay:

Students will demonstrate their ability to work out a math problem while they are moving. If they get it right, then they must do the total of the problem in kicks.
