  • Today we are going to work on COMMUNICATION.
  • COMMUNICATION refers to how you can talk with your peers and teacher to solve problems and have fun.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to help build strong bonds with our instructors and teammates.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your COMMUNICATION today:

1. Having COMMUNICATION while guiding your partner. 2. Adding to COMMUNICATION help solve a problem. 3. Using COMMUNICATION while using eye contact.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Lead Me:

Students will demonstrate their ability by leading a partner who is blindfolded down the mat.

Who Are You:

Students will practice introducing themselves using good eye contact.
