Description:
The students will build abdominal strength by rolling sideways down the mat using their abdominal muscles.
Step 1
Have your students lie on their backs horizontally on one end of the mat with their palms together above their head..
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will roll your body sideways down the mat using your abdominal muscles.
Try to keep your feet together and palms together above your head at all times.
You will do this going down the mat.
Step 3
If you happen to turn off track, stop and adjust so you don’t run into anyone.
