Description:
The students will build their leg strength by jumping down the mat while keeping their feet together at all times and not stopping in between each jump.
Step 1
Have your students stand on one end of the mat with their feet together.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will jump down the mat while keeping your feet together.
Jump in continuous motion without pausing in between each jump.
You will do this going down the mat.
Step 3
Focus on landing on the heel and rolling to the ball of the foot in one smooth motion.
