Skill: Coordination
Drill: Back 2 Back
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: 1 per Line
Description: Students will practice COORDINATION by demonstrating their ability to stand back to back with a partner, they will then have to race to see who can do the fastest left or right techniques.
Teaching SKILLZ:
HEALTHY COMPETITION – While the instructor is looking for the fastest student, the instructor can also look for which partner has better technique. This will motivate the students further to do their moves not only quickly, but correctly, and will emphasize the importance of good technique.
Brain SKILLZ:
LONG TERM MEMORY – The students must be able to hear the instructor call out a move, and do the correct move with the correct side.
