  • PERFORMANCE refers to the total package. How dynamic is your presence?
  • This is important because without PERFORMANCE flair what you’re doing become less engaging and less entertaining.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your PERFORMANCE today:

1. Have PERFORMANCE with movement. 2. Have PERFORMANCE while using kicks 3. Have PERFORMANCE in repetition.
Skill-Building Drills – 25 Minutes

Students will call out a friend and challenge them to do a combo.

Get Vertical:

Students must hop in the circle and try an inversion.
