Description:
Students will work on their MEMORY by having to remember how to hold and strike each different type of pad while racing to be the first pair to finish.

Step 1
Divide your students into lines
Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Place 1 Punching mitt, 1 kicking shield, 1 clapper pad evenly spaced on the mat for each line.
Step 3 – Explain the Rules:
Each pair will decide who is hitting and who is holding.
When the instructor says “go” they have to run to the first pad.
The holder will count and hold, and the striker will hit the pad 5 times.
Then the pair will run to the next pad and repeat this.
Once each pad has been hit, they can run back to their line and say “finished Sir/Ma’am”
Step 4 – Takeaways:
Remember how to hit and hold each pad so you have a fast time
Count loud so the striker knows when to hit.
Hit each pad with the proper part of your hand or foot.
Step 5
Continue until everyone has had 2 turns to be the holder and striker.
