Static Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Hold push-up position for 15 seconds
  • Legs – Hold squat position for 15 seconds
  • Abs – Hold dish position for 15 seconds
  • Core – Hold Straight-leg bridge for 15 seconds
  • Sit-down stretches

Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on EXECUTION.
  • EXECUTION means the mode or style of performance; technical skill.
  • This is important because you need to be able to have technical skill to perform effective movements.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your EXECUTION today:

1. Applying technique with advanced floor movements. 2. Have consistency with your EXECUTION. 3. Having the ability to demonstrate EXECUTION under pressure.
Skill-Building Drills – 30 Minutes

Shrimp Relay:

The students will practice their shrimping by competing against other teams to be the first to finish.

4-Corner Hustle:

The students will practice their throws and falls by racing to have the best technique and time by throwing all their teammates correctly.
