  • Today we are going to work on KNOWLEDGE.
  • KNOWLEDGE means the acquaintance with facts, truths, or principles from study.
  • This is important because you need to be able to perform your moves without having to stop and think about them.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your KNOWLEDGE today:

1. Having KNOWLEDGE on the spot. 2. Practicing submissions from memory. 3. Creating KNOWLEDGE through repetition.

Kimura Rolls:

The students will practice kimura by continuously initiating and escaping from the submission attempt.

Submission Says:

The students will practice having good KNOWLEDGE of their submissions by trying to perform random techniques without forgetting each movement.
