Skill: PRECISION
Drill: Double it Up
Equipment needed: Two boards for each line
Instructors needed: Two for each line
Description: The students will practice PRECISION by performing a two-board combative board break. The students will have to maintain good accuracy while moving quickly between both board breaks.
Teaching SKILLZ: CHOICES
On the third round, the instructor can allow the students to make their own break by combining their two favorite techniques they learned. The choice will empower the students, as they will be able to have some power over what they do in the drill, which will motivate them to work hard during the drill.
Brain SKILLZ: SPEED OF PROCESSING
