Step 1
Have students form lines with their instructor
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
The students will stand up and face their instructor and hold their arms straight out in front of them.
The students will start by balancing one pad on both of their arms for 5 seconds.
Then the instructor will add another pad on to the 1st and the student will balance both for 5 more seconds.
They will repeat the process with the 3rd pad and try to balance all 3 pads for 5 seconds.
Step 3 – Takeaways:
Arms Straight so that the pads don’t fall.
Don’t give up if your arms get tired.
Try hard so that you can get stronger.
Step 4
Continue until each student has multiple turns.
