Instructors needed: 1 per Line
Description: In this drill students will be working on PUNCHING while spelling their favorite colors.
Teaching SKILLZ:
CHOICES – Have the student pick their favorite color, and have them spell it so they are more motivated to punch the mitts.

Step 2 – Setting Up the Drill:
Have each instructor hold mitts for punches.

  • For every letter of the color, do 1 punch.
  • Ex. R – Punch, E – Punch, D – Punch (for the color red)
Step 4 – Takeaways:
  • Keep your hands up when PUNCHING.
  • Keep your fist tight.
  • Aim for the middle of the pad.
