Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes
1 – 5 – 10:
The students will test their versatility with changeability by performing their form while the instructors have them switch up their intensity level throughout the form.
Teaching SKILLZ: UP THE REP – The students will work on getting stronger on each rep.
Brain SKILLZ: LONG-TERM MEMORY – The students will practice their skill by performing their form multiple times to help remember the patterns correctly.
Bookmark Challenge:
The students will work on their versatility by not only remembering the form, but also having to remember certain combinations. This will build a better working knowledge of their form.
Teaching SKILLZ: HEALTHY COMPETITION – The students will compete to see who can remember the combination quickly.
Brain SKILLZ: SPEED OF PROCESSING – The students will practice this skill by having the respond to the proper combination as quickly as possible.
