Dynamic Arm Exercise: Seal taps

The students will build arm strength by tapping their chest while in seal position for ten reps.
Have your students lay on their bellies with their palms on the ground at their side, right below their shoulders. Have them raise their bellies off the ground using their palms just like a seal.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say “go” you will tap your chest with each hand, one at a time, without letting your belly touch the groundwhichwill count as 1 rep.
You will do this for ten reps.
Try to have them bring their hands even higher across their body towards the opposite shoulder each rep.
