Dynamic Abs Exercise: Bicycles

The students will build abdominal strength by moving their legs in a bicycle-like motion non-stop for ten seconds.
Have your students lay on their backs.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your legs up and begin moving your feet as if you were riding a bicycle non-stop.
You will do this for ten seconds.
Try to have them bend their knees consistently when they peddle.
