Drill: Dynamic Leg Exercise: Stationary Frankenstein’s
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build their leg strength by holding their hands straight out in front of them and then raising their legs to their hands for ten reps.
Step 1
  • Have your students stand with their feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended straight out in front of them.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • When I say, “go” you will raise your legs up to your hands, one at a time, while trying to keep your legs straight.
  • You will do this ten times.
Step 3
  • On each rep have them try tokeep their arms shoulder level.
