Dynamic Leg Exercise: Stationary Frankenstein’s
Several to monitor
The students will build their leg strength by holding their hands straight out in front of them and then raising their legs to their hands for ten reps.
Have your students stand with their feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended straight out in front of them.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your legs up to your hands, one at a time, while trying to keep your legs straight.
You will do this ten times.
On each rep have them try tokeep their arms shoulder level.
