Dynamic Core Exercise: Crab kicks

The students will build their core strength by lifting their body off the ground in a crab position and then kick their legs for ten reps.
Have your students raise their body off the ground in a “crab” position.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will kick each leg, one at a time, without letting your bottom touch the ground.
You will do this for ten reps.
On each rep, have them kick their legs even higher.
