Description:
The students will build abdominal strength by moving their legs in a bicycle-like motion non-stop for ten seconds.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their backs.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will kick your legs up and down as if you were swimming, without stopping.
To swim even faster, try to keep your knees straight!
Step 3
Continue to swim while the instructor counts for ten seconds.
