Equipment needed:
One Chair Per Line
Instructors needed:

Description:
Students will work on their FLEXIBILITY by having to hold a round kick after pumping it 3 times. This will challenge student’s physical stage of development by trying to get them to hold a round kick above waist level for 10 seconds.
Teaching SKILLZ:
HEALTHY COMPEITION – On the second round, the instructor can make it a competition to see who can hold their leg up the longest while having good technique. The last one standing can get a point for their team, and the first team to three points (or five, depending on class size) wins.
Brain SKILLZ:
RESPONSE INHIBITION – The student has to hold their leg in the air. This works on their ability to complete a task despite distraction, the distraction being how uncomfortable their leg might be.
