Partner Stretching: Butterfly Stretch

The students will practice their Partner stretching focusing on their hips while their instructor assists by pushing their knees a little lower.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit down with your knees bent and feet in.
Touch the bottom of your feet together and hold your toes.
You will lean forward lowering your head as far as you can go.
Your partner will assist by pushing your back a little farther down.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Continue until you have done 2 sets.
