Drill: Partner Stretching: Chest Stretch
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will practice their PARTNER stretching focusing on their chest by having an instructor gently pull their hands together behind their back while their arms are straight.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Sit with legs crossed.
  • Extend your arms straight behind your back.
  • Your instructor will gently pull your hands towards each other while slightly lifting up at the same time.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue until you have done 2 sets.
