Partner Stretching: Chest Stretch

The students will practice their PARTNER stretching focusing on their chest by having an instructor gently pull their hands together behind their back while their arms are straight.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit with legs crossed.
Extend your arms straight behind your back.
Your instructor will gently pull your hands towards each other while slightly lifting up at the same time.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Continue until you have done 2 sets.
