Partner Stretching: Sitting Hamstring Stretch

The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by sitting with their legs straight while an instructor gently pushes them lower.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit with both legs straight out to the front.
Reach down towards your toes and go as far as you can without bending your knees.
The instructor will apply gentle pressure to their back pushing them a little farther down.
Continue until you have done 2 sets.
