Drill: Partner Stretching: Straddle Partner Pull
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by facing each other in straddle position and pulling your partner’s belt arms..
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Sit in a straddle position facing your partner with your feet on their ankles or inner knee.
  • Reach forward and grab their arms.
  • Lean back pulling your partner’s arms to help stretch their hamstrings.
  • Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue for 2 sets.
