Description:
The students will work on their PARTNER stretching by facing each other in straddle position and pulling your partner’s belt arms..
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit in a straddle position facing your partner with your feet on their ankles or inner knee.
Reach forward and grab their arms.
Lean back pulling your partner’s arms to help stretch their hamstrings.
Hold for 10 seconds.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
