Description:
The students will build their core strength by holding their body off the ground using their feet and elbows then, work on core strength by maintaining a good plank, while trying to touch their knee to their shoulder (Deltoid).
Step 1
Have your students go to plank position.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
You will maintain a straight core while lifting your knee of the ground.
Bring your knee as close to your shoulder (Deltoid) as possible.
