Description:
The students will build arm strength by using their arms to walk down the mat, and to hold their partner’s legs.
Step 1
Pair your students up and make one line on either side of the training deck.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
One partner will go to push-up position, and the other will grab their ankles and lift them off the floor.
Both will walk as a team down the mat, then switch roles, and walk back.
Step 3
Continue for one-two rounds.
