Drill: Ultimate Leg Exercise: Partner Squats
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: A Few to Monitor
Description: The students will build their leg strength by having to use their partner for leverage while trying to stand up without using their hands.
Step 1
  • Have your students sit back to back on one end of the mat with a partner.
Step 2 – Explain the Rules:
  • Partners will lock arms with each other.
  • Without using their hands, they must stand straight up using each other for leverage.
Step 3
  • Try to do as many as possible in 30sec-1min.
