Description:
The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching by performing a push up from the middle split position.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Go to a middle split position with your hands between your legs.
Move your hands forward into push up position.
Perform a good push up, and then walk your hands back to the original starting position.
Perform 10 sit ups.
Step 3
Continue for 2 sets.
