  • Today we are going to work on EXAMINATION.
  • EXAMINATION refers to how you use your senses to help solve problems.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to be able to understand different techniques so that you can apply them.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your EXAMINATION today:

1. Having EXAMINATION eyes by using your touch. 2. Using EXAMINATION to position strikes. 3. Using EXAMINATION to understand basics.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Feel the Strike:

Students will be blindfolded and must feel their instructors hand to figure out what strike they are using.

Build the Stance:

Students will try to tell the instructor where to put their legs to make the stance given.
