Dynamic Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Int. Diamond Push-Ups
  • Legs – Squat Jumps Tucks
  • Core – Crazy Crabs
  • Abs – Leg Pulses
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on STAMINA.
  • STAMINA refers to how you can do prolonged physical or mental activity.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to be able work through different challenges to become stronger and smarter.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your STAMINA today:

1. Having STAMINA in our arms. 2. Using STAMINA in our legs. 3. Using STAMINA to push through a challenge.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Bunny Hops:

Students will work on bunny hops forward and backward in rings or ladders.

Dumbbell Press:

Students will work on a yoga ball and light dumbbells to lift over their head for multiple reps.
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
