Ultimate Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Push-Up (Hold at 90deg.)
  • Legs – Plyos (Down Mat)
  • Core – Crab Crawls (Down Mat)
  • Abs – Int. Mountain Climbers
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on FORTITUDE.
  • FORTITUDE refers to how you hard you are willing to work to achieve your goals.
  • This is important in martial arts so that you can constantly get better even when you have difficult challenges.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your FORTITUDE today:

1. Have FORTITUDE while demonstrating exercises. 2. Have FORTITUDE while holding stances. 3. Have FORTITUDE while staying focused.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Shoulder Tap Challenge:

Students will work to see who can do the most shoulder taps in 30 seconds.

Earthquake Challenge:

Students will be in a stance on pads that the instructors will be shaking.
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
