Active Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Beg. Push-ups
  • Legs – Int. Squats
  • Core – Bridge w/ Kicks
  • Abs – Knee Pulls
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on PROCESSING.
  • PROCESSING refers to how you can work out problems in your day to day life.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to quickly understand new concepts.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your PROCESSING today:

1. Having PROCESSING while working on problems. 2. Adding to PROCESSING by thinking quickly. 3. Using PROCESSING while using math
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Math Kicks:

Students will be given a math problem they must add it up and then kick the answer on the pad.

Crazy Tap Challenge:

The students will be tapped on the back a certain amount of times which will be the signal for a given basic.
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
