  • Today we are going to work on ATTENTIVENESS.
  • ATTENTIVENESS refers to how you can hear someone or something and respond to it.
  • This is important because without ATTENTIVENESS you may start to miss out on key information you need to be successful.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your ATTENTIVENESS today:

1. Have ATTENTIVENESS while using our kicks. 2. Have ATTENTIVENESS while working with basics. 3. Have ATTENTIVENESS while moving quickly.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Stance Twister:

Students will work on their stances by placing their feet in different colored rings.

Look at Me:

Students will watch the instructor build combos and they will have to say the move and hand/foot used.
