  • Today we are going to work on EXAMINATION.
  • EXAMINATION refers to how you use your senses to help solve problems.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to be able to understand different techniques so that you can apply them.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your EXAMINATION today:

1. Having EXAMINATION eyes by using your touch. 2. Using EXAMINATION to position strikes. 3. Using EXAMINATION to understand basics.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Power Up:

Students will watch the instructor hit the bag, they must say if it was soft, medium, or hard.

Kick It:

Students will work on their ability to pick out the specific colors of dodgeballs and kick them.
