Dynamic Warm-Up – 7 Minutes
  • Arms – Int. Diamond Push-Ups
  • Legs – Squat Jumps Tucks
  • Core – Crazy Crabs
  • Abs – Leg Pulses
Mat Chat – 3-minutes (Includes Water Break)
  • Today we are going to work on STAMINA.
  • STAMINA refers to how you can do prolonged physical or mental activity.
  • This is important, especially in martial arts to be able work through different challenges to become stronger and smarter.

Here are the three ways that we are going to improve your STAMINA today:

1. Having STAMINA in our arms. 2. Using STAMINA in our legs. 3. Using STAMINA to push through a challenge.
Skill-Building Drills – 15 Minutes

Color Race:

Students will work on moving running to different parts of the mat faster than their peers.

Super Squats:

Students will do as many squats as they can in 30 seconds hitting, sitting on knee level targets.
Skill Stripe Test – 10 Minutes
