Drill: Active Arm Exercise: Seal-ups
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build arm strength by lifting their upper body up with their palms.
Step 1
  • Have your students lay on their bellies with their palms on the ground at their side, right below their shoulders.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • When I say “go” you will raise your head and belly off the ground using your palms, just like a seal, then lower your body back to the ground.
  • You will do this ten times.
Step 3
  • Try to have them bring their hands even lower towards their belt for awesome technique.
