Active Abs Exercise: Reverse Curl-ups

The students will build abdominal strength by raising their legs above their head for ten reps.
Have your students lay on their backs.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your legs above your head and then lower them back without letting your heels touch the ground in between each rep.
You will do this for ten reps.
Try to have them raise their feet a little further over their head each rep.
