Drill: Active Abs Exercise: Reverse Curl-ups
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will build abdominal strength by raising their legs above their head for ten reps.
Step 1
  • Have your students lay on their backs.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • When I say, “go” you will raise your legs above your head and then lower them back without letting your heels touch the ground in between each rep.
  • You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
  • Try to have them raise their feet a little further over their head each rep.
