Step 1
Have your students stand with their feet shoulder-width apart and hands behind their head.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will lower your body as far as you can without your bottom touching the ground, as if you were in a tiny box, like a jack-in-the-box, then jump as high as you can.
