Description:
The students will build their core strength by lifting their body off the ground using their palms and the balls of their feet for ten reps.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their bellies with their palms on the ground at their side, right below their shoulders; and their legs shoulder-width apart.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will raise your entire body off the ground with the palms of your hands and the balls of your feet, as if you were Spiderman stuck on a wall, then lower your body close to the ground, but do not let your knees or belly touch the ground.
You will do this for ten reps.
Step 3
Try to have them spread their palms and feet further apart to increase difficulty.
