Dynamic Stretching: Airplanes

The students will practice their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on their hips by performing a basic butterfly stretch.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Sit down with your knees bent and feet in.
Touch the bottom of your feet together and hold your toes.
You will then alternate your knees up and down.
You can also lean forward holding the stretch down low.
Continue for two sets.
