Drill: Dynamic Stretching: Twist Stretch
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on their core by twisting side to side.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart.
  • Twist side to side trying to go as far as you can each side.
  • Continue twisting for 10-15 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue until you have done 2 sets.
