The students will work on their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on their core by twisting side to side.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand up straight with feet shoulder width apart.
Twist side to side trying to go as far as you can each side.
Continue twisting for 10-15 seconds.
Continue until you have done 2 sets.
