Dynamic Stretching: Stretch Kicks

The students will practice their DYNAMIC stretching focusing on their hip and hamstrings by performing a straight leg swing.
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand in a guarding stance with your hands up.
When the instructor counts, swing your leg as high as you can.
Focus on not bending your knee when going higher.
Count 10 kicks on each side.
Continue for two sets.
