Drill: Active Stretching: Lower Back Sitting Stretch
Equipment needed: None
Instructors needed: Several to monitor
Description: The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching focusing on their Lower back.
Step 1
  • Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
  • Sit with both feet in front about double shoulder width apart, knees bent.
  • Lean as far forwards as you can.
  • Hold or slightly bounce for 10 seconds.
Step 3
  • Continue to stretch for 2 reps.
