Active Stretching: Forward Lunges

Description:
The students will work on their ACTIVE stretching by focusing on their Quads and Groin.
Step 1
Divide your students into lines.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
Stand with your hands up.
Step far forwards, with the opposite leg drop your knee to the floor.
Use your hips to drive your hips forward and stretch.
Hold for 10 seconds then switch legs.
Step 3
Continue to stretch for 2 reps on each side.
