Ultimate Arm Exercise: Advanced Super Slides Down the Mat

Description:
The students will build arm strength by dragging their body down the mat using their palms.
Step 1
Have your students lay on their bellies on one end of the mat with one arm on the ground extended in front of them and feet off the mat.
Step 2 -Explain the rules:
When I say, “go” you will drag your body down the mat using only one arm.
Keep your feet off the mat at all times.
You will do this up and down the mat.
Step 3:
Continue for two rounds.
On the second round, have them switch arms and also make it a race to see who can make it down the mat and back the fastest.
