Instructors needed: A few to monitor
Description: The students will practice their EXECUTION by performing their throws while racing the classmates to be the first line to finish.
Step 1
  • Divide your class into lines.
Step 2 – Explain the rules:
  • When the instructor says “go”, the first person in each line will throw the next person and then return to their spot.
  • The person just thrown will stand and throw the next person in line.
  • Continue until the last person in line has been thrown.
  • After this, the first line to sit strong wins.
Step 3 – Takeaways
  • Make sure stand firm when being thrown.
  • Show good control when throwing your partner.
  • Fall correctly to avoid injury.
Step 4
  • Continue until everyone goes 2 – 3 times.
